A few exciting changes have taken place during this lockdown. Our Richmond salon has moved and is now located at 134 Bridge Rd, Richmond. We also made the decision to combine the salons. Therefore, all services will now be available from our Richmond location. It's truly a beautiful space and we're confident you will love it!
Please note that we send confirmation texts / emails the day before your appointment. If we do not receive a confirmation text back from you the day of your appointment, your time slot will be opened up to other clients on a waiting list.
Booking For More Than 1 person?
We use an automated booking system, so when booking for more than 1 person, you MUST book these separately. Please do not book an appointment for 1 person and request for a second person in the 'notes' section. Our system will only register the time it takes for the 1 treatment. We cannot guarantee we will receive your message in time to adjust the treatment time before the next spot is filled.
This booking form is linked directly with our appointment schedule, and only displays times/therapists available for bookings.

When booking an appointment, we require your full name and contact number. Please fill out your online form before your service.
For new lash extension sets or a lash lift treatment, please arrive 5 minutes early to fill in a form if you are a new client to our salon.
Appointments that require a time slot of 1 hour or more will require a $50 deposit fee at time of booking.
For the comfort of our customers and staff, please do not bring children with you to appointments that are long in duration ie lash extension appointments.
If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please do so ASAP. We require 24 hours notice for lash and 48 hours for Microblading appointments. This ensures that we can offer your appointment time slot to somebody else.
Failure to give us 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule will result in a $40 cancellation fee.
We will send a confirmation text and/or email the day prior to your booking. Please text back to confirm your attendance. If we do not receive a confirmation from you the day of your appointment, your appointment may be given to another client.
Your appointment time is meant especially for you. Please be on time! For lash extension appointments, if you are late your treatment time may be shortened as we are generally booked back to back with appointments.
Lash Extension Appointments
For lash extension services, please come in wearing no eye makeup. Otherwise, please arrive a few minutes early to our salon so that you are able to remove your eye makeup first.
Before each lash extension appointment, we encourage all clients to wash their lashes with the Prolong lash cleanser. This ensures your lashes are clean so that the glue will have a better bond. This also means your lash technician will have more time to 'lash you' as opposed to cleaning up your lashes!
When booking online we will do our very best to accommodate your requested time. Sometimes in order to make our day run smoothly, we may request to have you come in slightly earlier or later. If this is the case, we will always contact you first.
